Voiding Closure Seals
RW Pierce’s 2-colour voiding labels provide protection against unauthorised opening and re-sealing of product packaging.
Available in a range of colours and different adhesives, removal causes a permanent display of customised voiding wording within the label.
These 2-colour voiding labels overcome the limitations of single colour voiding labels, where careful label replacement can disguise label unauthorised removal/replacement.

Thin Film Seals
Thin film (total-transfer) seals are used to secure electronic or mechanical equipment from unauthorised opening. These bespoke designed and printed thin film seals are only 6-8 microns thick.
Thin film seals are applied over equipment case/lid joints. When applied to rigid equipment casings, the seals are stable under a wide range of chemical and temperature conditions. However, they are still easily destroyed when equipment is opened.
Voiding Packing Tape
Designed for outer packaging, all our Voiding Tapes are bespoke manufactured. This enables custom wording or branding to be embedded into a 2-colour voiding feature. In the example, the orange tape permanently creates a yellow text warning message, when opened.
We have used different adhesives to enable our tape to be used on glass, plastic & corrugated cardboard. If you have a special requirement, let us know!
Eco Voiding Tape
Originally designed for food packaging, our Eco Voiding Tape is a paper based tape, manufactured using water based, odour free inks and adhesives.
Eco Tape can be bespoke manufactured to each client’s requirements. This allows us to customise tape colour, voiding message and adhesive strength to each client application.
Please note that Eco Tape is supplied on a liner paper. For efficient use we recommend the use of a “pistol grip tissue tape dispenser”.
