Envelope Packing
We are bank certified and approved to print, pack and post payment cheques. All packing is undertaken within our ISO27001 certified secure facility and we pride ourselves that we extend the same care and attention to every mailing project, whatever the size.
Machine Packing
We operate 5 inserting lines, each fitted with different specialist feeding capabilities. These capabilities include:
- C6 to C4 machine envelope inserting
- up to 10 items machine packed into an envelope
- Dynamic OMR inserting (for multi-page transactional mail)
- Dedicated Book feeders for machine inserting of cheque books or voucher books
- Stream feeder for machine inserting of CDs & complexed items
- ID card matching to letters and inserting
- Camera or Barcode validation of packed items, to guarantee the integrity of items posted
Manual Packing
For items that cannot be machine inserted into envelopes, we undertake manual component assembly and packing. To ensure total accuracy of matched personalised items, we use our Mailcheck™ software to validate, track and guarantee the envelope packing process.
